Helen Barto's Obituary
Helen Barto, age 95, of Masontown, PA, passed away on January 3, 2011 after a brief illness at Presbyterian Senior Care in Washington, Pa.
She was born August 15, 1915, a daughter of Michael and Anna Eski. She married, the love of her life, James Barto, in 1938 who preceded her in death.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Joyce (Paul) Jensen and Ruthann (David) Birch; four grandchildren Jeffrey (Kathy) Jensen, Karen Jensen, Megan Birch (Ben Amsden), and Sarah Birch; three great grandsons Matthew Jensen, Quinn Amsden, and Ezra Amsden; two sisters Esther Kukurugya and Ruth Workman.
Helen was a member of the Masontown Presbyterian Church and was loved by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the First Presbyterian Church, Church St., Masontown, Pa.
Friends will be received in the Haky Funeral Home, Inc, 515 North Main St., Masontown, Pa. Thursday January 6, 2011 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., and Friday January 7, 2011 until 11 a.m. the hour of service with Rev. Jeff Kisner.
Interment will be held in Sylvan Heights Uniontown, PA.
