Hazel (Lukotch) Pallini, 96, of Uniontown, PA, died on Monday, November 12, 2012 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on October 11, 1916 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of Frank and Mary (Saltrick) Lukotch. In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by sisters, Gertrude Stine, Helen Marshall, and Maryanne Barnhart; and brothers, Frank Lukotch, and Richard Lukotch.

She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Amerigo Pasquale "Pat" Pallini; their children, A.D. Pallini and wife Doreen of Athens, OH, and Diane Kir and husband David of Rostraver, PA; grandchildren, Joseph Pallini and wife Lisa, Sebastian Pallini, Carl Pallini, Paul J. Walt, III. and wife Kimberly; great grandchildren, Isaac, Gabriella, Renzo, Landan, and Kieran.; sisters, Agatha Petro of Uniontown, PA; Magdalen Lukotch-Haas and husband Charles of Farmington, MI; Charles R. Lukotch of Akron, OH; and Daniel J. Lukotch and wife Dolores, of Uniontown, PA; and many nieces and nephews and their families.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, November 16, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.; and on Saturday, November 17, until 10 a.m.

A Blessing Service will be held at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Father Stephen R. Bugay Officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
