Frances Gera Bealko (Gera)'s Obituary
Frances Gera Bealko, 88, of Edenborn, PA, died on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on December 6, 1924 in Edenborn, daughter of the late John Gera, Sr. and Helen (Ignot) Gera.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Bealko in 2002; two sisters, Eleanor Gera in infancy, and Elizabeth Mihallik; and two brothers, John Gera, Jr., and Raymond Gera.
She was a member of St. Mary Assumption Byzantine Catholic Church, New Salem.
She leaves behind a sister and three brothers, Mildred Goodish of Clinton Twp., MI, Robert Gera of Mechanicsburg, PA; Thomas Gera and wife Shirley of Masontown, PA; and Fred Gera and wife Lyn of Woodstock, MD; many beloved nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Sandy Ross and Michael Lawrence of Balsinger, PA, and Scott Schuessler of Smithfield, PA.
A Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Mary Assumption Byzantine Catholic Church, New Salem on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Father Jerome Botsko Officiating.
Entombment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery Chapel of Memories Mausoleum.
Funeral services are under the direction of Haky Funeral Home, Inc., Masontown, PA.
