Fawne Marie Traficante, age 36, of Uniontown, PA, died on Monday, February 28, 2011 surrounded by her loving family, at the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on August 9, 1974 in Uniontown, PA.

Her father, Eugene Traficante, Jr. preceded her in death on January 29, 1981. Her maternal grandparents, Frank and Louise Krupa, also preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Rosemary (Krupa) Traficante, with whom she made her home; her brother, Geno Traficante, of Uniontown, PA; paternal grandparents, Eugene and Rose Traficante, Sr. of Tower Hill #1, PA; and her fiance, Brian Lee Pakulski of Tarentum, PA.

Fawne was a Teacher for the hearing impaired in Shadyside.

She was a member of St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School Class of 1992, a graduate of IUP, and Duquesne University.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, March 2, from 3-9 p.m; and on Thursday, March 3, until 9:15 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, with Monsignor Michael W. Matusak as Celebrant.

Interment will be held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

The Parish Wake Service will be held on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
