Evelyn K. (Liptock) Crist, 81, of Youngstown, PA, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017, surrounded by her loving children. She was born on August 16, 1935, in Fairbank, PA, a daughter of the late Andrew Liptock Sr. and Katherine (Olesko) Liptock.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Stanley J. Crist Sr., her brother, Andrew Liptock; and her sisters, Barbara Liptock and Roberta Shwallon.

She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, PA and also of St. Joseph Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She loved flowers of all kind and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan. Above all Evelyn was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memory, are her children, Evelyn M. Crist, Stanley J. Crist, both of Youngstown, PA, and Thomas J. Crist and his wife Mikki of Mt. Pleasant, PA.; her grandchildren, whom she adored, Gabryel and Payge Crist; her brother Robert Liptock; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA, today, May 1, from 2-9 p.m. and Tuesday, May 2, until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Rd., Uniontown, PA, at 10 a.m.

Interment will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hopwood, PA.
