Eva B. Mayher, 90 of Uniontown, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, May 5, 2017 at Generations Elder Care.
She was born in Uniontown on July 25, 1926, daughter of the late Joseph B. and Jennie (Connelly) Brown. With her parents, she is reunited in heaven with her beloved son Robert "Robbie" P. Mayher, who died in 1994.
For many years, Eva was employed as a switchboard operator for PennDOT. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her family whom she loved beyond measure. We especially thank the Generation Elder Care staff for their wonderful care and compassion.
In accordance with her wishes, her funeral service arrangements are private, under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA.
