Edward F. Slampak's Obituary
Edward F. Slampak, age 74, of Cape Coral, Florida, beloved husband of Shirley (Puskar) Slampak, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2008.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father Micah E. Kozoil as celebrant. Inurnment will follow in St. Mary (Nativity) Cemetery, where military honors will be accorded.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, FL 33904. Services are under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, Pa.
