Dorothy R. Galica, 90, of Masontown, PA, passed away on Saturday January 4, 2014.
She was born on December 15, 1923 in Nemacolin, PA, a daughter of Samuel and Bertha (Kozel) Kopsky.
A member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Footedale, Pa.,
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband John P. Galica, her sister Helen K. Sadler and a niece Shirley D. Sadler.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Vivian B. Galica, John S. Galica and his wife Barbara, grandchildren Brian Galica and his wife Lynne, Jessica Galica.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 515 North Main Street, Masontown, PA 15461, Tuesday January 7, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. and on Wednesday January 8, 2014 until 9:30 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.
The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 am in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown, PA, with Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant.

Interment will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
