Donna R. Czyrwus, of Uniontown, Pa., died suddenly on Thursday, October 11, 2012.
She was born on November 22, 1949 in Uniontown, Pa., the beloved daughter of John and Marie (Pace) Czyrwus.
Donna was preceded in death by her Father John Czyrwus.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother Marie (Pace) Czyrwus, a brother Ronald Czyrwus and cousins Lisa Konyuk Schoener, Andrew Schoener, Lanny Gaudiano and wife Rose.
Services are private and under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA
Private Interment will be held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery Uniontown, PA.
