Donald H. "Donnie" DeBerry, Sr., 59, of Uniontown, Pa., went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. He was born in Connellsville, Pa., on June 22, 1959, son of Henry W. DeBerry, Sr., who preceded him in death, and Gloria J. (Ghrist) DeBerry of Uniontown.

In addition to his father, Donnie was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Faye DeBerry, and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.

He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, and was employed as a Tire Serviceman for many years. He was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan. Every Sunday morning without fail, he phoned his mother and other family members. He cared deeply about his family and will be missed.

In addition to his mother Gloria, he is survived by two sons, "D.J" and Brandon; their mother, Ruby; two grandchildren, Kadie and Aedan; special girlfriend, Mary; and "grand puppy" Braxton. He also leaves behind his brothers and sisters, Everett, Vicki Stutler, Shelly Maust, Henry "Junior", Frank; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Friday, February 8, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.; and on Saturday, February 9, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service with Pastor Robert Miller officiating.

The Fraternal Order of Eagles will hold ritualistic services on Friday at 7 p.m.
