Dolores "Dory" Dragone Bryte, 73, of Oliver, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was born September 29, 1944, in Uniontown, daughter of the late Tony Dragone and Ann "Honey" (Kolarik) Dragone.
In addition to her parents, Dory was preceded in death by her stillborn daughter, Lisa Marie; and a special aunt, Mary Kolarik.
Dory graduated from the old North Union High School, Class of 1962. She was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, of 46 years, Jack Bryte; godchildren, Robin Ringer Wiles, John DiNunno Jr., Justine DiNunno, and Allison Shaffer; a special nephew, Tim Bryte; and a very special cousin, Mary Jean Roddy.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, December 8, from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.; and Saturday, December 9 until 9:30 a.m., when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
The Funeral Mass will follow on Saturday in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. with Rev. Father Peter L. Peretti as celebrant.
Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
The Parish Wake Service conducted by the Ministry of Consolation will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday.
