Deborah M. (Miller) Yacubovich, age 55, of Washington, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at her home.
She was born on July 1, 1955 in Connellsville, PA, daughter William E. Miller and Bernadine (Legarth) Miller of West Leisenring, PA.
She was preceded in death by her Father, and her husband David "Yack" Yacubovich.
In addition to her mother, Deborah is survived by her children, David Yacubovich and wife Amie of Las Vegas, NV, Nicole Yacubovich of Arlington, VA, and Jill Yacubovich of Las Vegas, NV; sisters; Patti Parisse., and Renee Chorba and her husband Steve, all of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Nieces; Gina Parisse Grimm and husband Tim of Dallas, TX, Ashley Chorba of Tampa, FL., and Nephew Mark Chorba of Orlando, FL.
As she requested services will be private.
Funeral Services are under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 N. Gallatin Ave.Uniontown, PA 15401.
Memorial Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
