David A. Swartz, loving husband & father, age 46, of Uniontown, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday February 24, 2013.

He was born on December 30, 1966 in Uniontown, Pa., a son of Joseph and Julia (Stefanic) Swartz.

David was a member of St. Mary's (Nativity) Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Susan (Rusko) Swartz, children; Jeremy Miller, Sarah Swartz, his mother Julia (Stefanic) Swartz, a brother Joseph Swartz Jr., and wife Linda, his sister Mary Ann Naugle and husband David, and a brother Robert Swartz, Father in-law and mother in-law William and Gloria Rusko, sister in-law Cheryl Rusko and Fianc Dan Boden, William Rusko and wife Dawn, Joseph Rusko, he was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa., on Thursday February 28, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday March 1, 2013 until 9:30 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

A Mass of Christian burial will follow in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Stephen R. Bugay as Celebrant.



Interment will follow in Mt. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa
