David B. Helmick's Obituary
David B. Helmick, 89, of Masontown, Pa., passed away on Thursday August 16, 2012.
David was born September 4, 1922 in Grindstone, Pa., a son of Francis and Harriet (Ritson) Helmick.
He was a member of Masontown Brethren Church, served his country with the United States Army in WWII, and was a lifetime member of the Faith-Gray-McArdle VFW Post 4584.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife Betty M. (McManus) Helmick.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughters Bonnie Helmick, Lynn Helmick, Grandson David Czikary and wife Alexis and great granddaughter Claire Czikary.
Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 515 North Main Street, Masontown, PA 15461.
