David Charles Gerber, 22, of Waltersburg, PA, passed away, at home, on Thursday, March 17, 2016. He was born January 10, 1994, in Uniontown, son of David C. Gerber and the late Lori (Stark) Gerber Spino.

In addition to his mother, David was also preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joyce Gerber.

David loved the outdoors, he enjoyed going off roading. He loved hunting, fishing, and going camping, he will be sadly missed. Left to cherish his memory are, his father, David C. Gerber and his girlfriend Tina of Waltersburg; sisters, Kara (Gerber) Custer and her husband Jaryd and Emily Spino; paternal great grandmother, Louise Poling of Perryopolis; paternal grandfather, Joseph Gerber of Waltersburg; maternal grandparents, Jackson and Pamela Stark of Hopwood; nephew, Landon Gerber whom he loved and cherished, of Smock; cousin and best friend, Joey Linderman of Dearth; cousin Justin Kushner of Hopwood; uncles, Joe Gerber, Jackson Stark Jr, and Robert Stark; and aunts, Lori Goldizen and Melissa Stark.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown, PA., Friday, March 25, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Memorial Service will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Lee Maley Officiating.

Interment will be private.
