Connie L. (Nedley) Wilson, 73 of Uniontown passed on Sunday February 17, 2019 at the Lafayette Manor Nursing Facility after a brief illness. Connie was born November 10, 1945 in Connellsville, PA, the daughter of Ethel Mae (Nedley) Coughenour Harper. In addition to her mother, Connie was preceded in death by a infant sister, Catherine Coughenour. She is survived by her loving uncle, Harry Nedley Sr., of Uniontown, several step siblings and many cousins, whose children affectionately called her Aunt Connie. Connie also leaves behind two very dear friends, Glenda and Ginny. She retired after a long career in accounting. Connie loved music, dancing, trips to the beach and gatherings with her family and friends. She was a lifelong member of Juniata Methodist Church in Dunbar, PA. She was President of the C.I.C., Treasurer of the United Methodist Christian Women and held various offices on the Administrative Council of Juniata United Methodist Church. She also held several positions at the Uniontown Larger Parish. Connie was a beautiful woman, both inside and out, she was greatly loved and will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Juniata United Methodist Church, 407 Main Street, Dunbar, PA 15431. Announcement by Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home.
