Charles F. Hobaugh, age 80, of Uniontown, PA, died on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Haragos Personal Care Home, Uniontown. He was born on April 17, 1932 in Uniontown, PA, son of the late Charles R. and Freda B. (Edenfield) Hobaugh.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Joseph Arcangelini, who died in battle during WWII; brother-in-law, John Arcangelini, brother-in-law, Joe Kegg, and many aunts and uncles.

Charles was a graduate of Uniontown High School, and was a retired Machinist. He was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, a life member of the Hutchinson Sportsman's Club, and had been a social member of the AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood for many years.

He leaves behind the love of his life, Mary C. (Arcangelini) Hobaugh, wife of 57 years; his brother, Clarence G. Hobaugh and wife Tracey of Elizabeth, PA; a brother-in-law, Frank Arcangelini and wife Sylvia of Cleveland, OH; four sisters-in-law, Alma Arcangelini of Brookpark, OH, Lucy Maruniak and husband Donald of Bitner, PA, Grace Corona and husband John of Connellsville, PA, and Elizabeth Kegg of Phillips, PA. Charles is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, April 27, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m; and on Saturday, April 28, until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Service will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, 61 N. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA, with Rev. Father Stephen R. Bugay Officiating.

Entombment will be held at Sylvan Heights Chapel of Memories Mausoleum.

The Parish Wake Service will be held on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
