Catherine A. Warchol, age 54 of Smock, PA., passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Uniontown Hospital, with her loving husband by her side. Catherine, daughter of Andy Zamek and Mary Jane (Veres) Zamek, was born in Uniontown, PA on May 5, 1958. She was preceded in death by her father.

Catherine has owned and operated the White Tavern for the last 30 years. Through her business she held numerous charity functions for many different organizations.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of the last 24 years, Kevin Warchol; mother, Mary Jane Zamek; her daughter, Rachelle Lynn "Shelly" Zamek; two grandchildren, Bobby Price and Frank Thomas; four sisters, Debbie Zamek Nichols, Mary Zamek Burkovich, Andrea Zamek Kennedy, and Jennifer Zamek Chissel; a very close friend, Lyn Andaloro; a special aunt, Eleanor Veres Skibo; and her beloved best friend of 11 years, her dog Zeus.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown PA. 15401 on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m.

A Blessing Service will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Father. Stephen R. Bugay Officiating.

Interment will be private.
