Carol A. Mihallik, 81, of Masontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. She was born on July 4, 1935, daughter of the late Carl E. and Permelia M. Jensen.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew E. Mihallik on February 7, 1983; and an infant son, Phillip Mihallik.

Carol was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown. She was a graduate of Carmichaels Area High School, where she was a majorette. Carol was employed by the Hallmark store in Uniontown for over 20 years. She enjoyed gardening, listening to music, and was an avid Steelers fan. Above all Carol was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be sadly missed.

Left to cherish her memory, are her children, Andrea Sue Mihallik of Masontown, and Jeffrey Mihallik and his wife Mary L. of West Over, WV; her grandson, Andrew G. Mihallik of Charleston, WV and his fianc Heather Meredith of Baltimore, MD; her brother, Charles Jensen and his wife Carole of Tyrone, PA; uncle, Wilbur Ross and his wife Ethel of Carmichaels; brother-in-law, Joseph Furcyter of Masontown, PA; a special niece; Marcie Roberts of Masontown; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Haky Funeral Home Inc., 515 N. Main St. Masontown, PA, today, May 12, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, May 13, until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Paris, 101 W. Church Ave., Masontown, PA, with Rev. Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant.

Interment will be held in St. Mary Cemetery, Leckrone, PA.
