Carma R. (Peters) Locke, 89 of Dunbar passed away on Wednesday August 16, 2023 at Eicher Personal Care Home with her loving family by her side. Born April 7, 1934 in Rostraver, PA, daughter of the late William and Mary (Machupa) Peters. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence D. "Bobby" Locke. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers Russell and James Peters. She is survived by her daughter, Lauren (James) Hurley ,  sons Kenneth (Sherry) Locke and Robert (Laura) Locke, her grandchildren Clay (Ashley) Hurley, Trenton Hurley, Shannon Hurley, Elizabeth Locke (Steve) Wisniewski, Jared (Allison) Locke, Ryan Locke and Elena Renze; her great grandchildren, Quinn Wisniewski, Mara Wisniewski, Jackson Wisniewski, Olivia Locke and Julia Locke; her brother David Peters and her sister Susan Peters. Several nieces and nephews also survive as well as good friends and neighbors. Carma was a devout Christian and a member of the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed gardening, landscaping and shopping. As per Carma's wishes there will be no visitation. The family will have a graveside committal service. The family would like to thank the staff of Amedisys Hospice for the care given to Carma.
