Brian S. Kubitza, age 49, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016
He was born on July 19, 1967 in Uniontown, Pa., son of Andrew Sr., and Mary Jane (Stronko) Kubitza.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents.
He was a member of Saints Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Fairchance, PA,
Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Sandy Balash of Masontown, PA; brothers, Andrew P. Kubitza, Jr. of Marco Island, FL; Jerome M. Kubitza of Smithfield, PA; and his sister Lori Beth Miller and husband George Of Martinsburg, WV; 5 nieces 4 nephews, I great niece and 3 great nephews.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.; when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
The Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. in Ss. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Fairchance, Pa.
Interment will be held at Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
