Blanche (Yezioro) Mortichesky, 89, of Keisterville, PA died on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Our Country Home Personal Care, Buffington, PA.

She was born on March 25, 1923 in Keisterville, PA, daughter of Frank and Valeria (Lenartek) Yezioro.

Blanche was the last surviving member of her immediate family, preceded in death by her parents; husband Mike J. Mortichesky in 1968; and brothers, Anthony Yezioro, Edward Yezioro, Thomas Yezioro, John Stefaniak, Walter Yezioro, and Frank Yezioro.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters-in-law, Thelma Yezioro of New Salem, PA, and Linda Yezioro of Uniontown, PA; and many beloved nieces and nephews and their families.

Blanche was a member of St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church, Smock, PA; and the Crosskeys Senior Citizens Center.

Sincere and heartfelt thanks to the staff and caregivers at Our Country Home Personal Care Home and Albert Gallatin Amedysis Hospice for their compassion and wonderful care.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA on Thursday, August 30 from 2-8 p.m; and on Friday, August 31 until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church, Smock, PA, with Rev. Father James F. Petrovsky as Celebrant.

Interment will be held at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.

The Parish Rosary will be prayed on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. The Parish Wake Service will be held on Thursday evening at 7 p.m.
