Obituary

Beverly (Romantic) Hall, age 63, of Uniontown, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday April 2, 2012 at the Golden Living Health Care Center.

She was born on February 18, 1949 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of the late John J. and Elizabeth (Balchak) Romantic.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard "Dick" Romantic.

Beverly was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church and a graduate of Uniontown High School Class of 1967. She was a Secretary for the Bernard T. John Law Office for 10 years, and retired when stricken with Multiple Sclerosis, which she courageously battled for 35 years.

Beverly had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed talking with her family and friends on the phone. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and enjoyed watching televised golf tournaments, and her favorites, "Dancing with the Stars" and "American Idol". She also enjoyed listening to oldies music on her radio.

Left to cherish her memory is her former husband Robert P. Hall, Jr., their daughter, Christina Marie Lawrence and husband Eric of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI; beloved five month old grandson, the light of her life, Gabriel "Gabe" John Lawrence; two brothers, Robert Romantic and wife Dina of Arizona, and John Romantic and wife Cathy of Idaho; a sister, Rosalie Thomas and husband James of Ohio; a sister-in-law, Patricia Romantic of Lititz, PA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Beverly also leaves behind five "grandkitties".

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Thursday, April 5, from 6-9 p.m., Friday, April 6, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and on Saturday, April 7, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. when final visitation and prayer will be held.

The Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 71 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, with Pastor Herbert Dubler Officiating.

Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA
