Betty J Allamon (Crofcheck)'s Obituary
Betty J. (Crofcheck) Allamon, 84, of Fairbank, PA, died on Monday, July 1, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Uniontown, PA on February 15, 1929 to John and Susan (Magar) Crofcheck.
Her parents, two sisters, Dolores "Dolly" Liptock, Barbara "Bobbie" Black, and her nephew, Robert Liptock, Jr. preceded her in death.
Betty was a member of the former Madonna of Czestochowa R.C. Church, Cardale, PA, and past member of the Fayette Horse Owners Association.
She was a very special wife and mother, deeply devoted to her family and her two dogs, Rosey and Shasta.
Surviving is her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Allamon; their daughter, Patty Hoffman and husband Don of Stoystown, PA; special nieces, Michelle Whalen of Mercer, PA, Tammy Black of Uniontown, PA, and Andrea Landman of Connellsville, PA; and many other family members, and very good friends.
In accordance with her wishes, a memorial ceremony will be held by the family at a future date.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA.
