Barbara A. (Wilson) Mills, 83 of Oceanside, NY, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died peacefully on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born on December 29, 1935 in Uniontown, daughter of the late Harold and Eleanor (Traynor) Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dale F. Mills, an infant sister Joan Wilson, and a brother Harold "Junior" Wilson.

Barbara was a devoted member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church of Uniontown. She was a graduate of South Union High School Class of 1954. For many years, she worked as a medical secretary, for the medical offices of Dr. Cataldo Corrado, Jr. and Sr., Dr. Charles Sloan, and Dr. Janice Allen.

Surviving are her loving son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Mariana Mills of Oceanside, NY; grandson David and his wife Katherine of Farmingdale, NY; her sister, Connie Riley and husband Larry of Greensburg, Pa, and nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Friday, February 1, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and until 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson St., Uniontown, Pa.

Interment will follow at Mount St. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Regional Catholic School, 52 Jefferson St., Uniontown, Pa.
