Barbara (Szerensci) Bilpuh, age 93, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2012 at the Madison Center, in Morgantown, WV. She was born on December 12, 1918 in Grays Landing, PA, daughter of the late Alex and Elizabeth (Imling) Szerensci.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bilpuh; two brothers, and seven sisters.



Barbara was Russian Orthodox by faith and before becoming a homemaker for her husband, children, and grandchildren she spent several years in New York city working as a Governess.



Barbara is survived by her two children, Joseph P. Bilpuh and his wife Marilyn of Point Marion, along with Richard J. Bilpuh and his wife Rebecca of Masontown, PA.; four grandchildren, Amy Martin and husband Travis, Kristen Berkshire and her husband Brandon, Jason Bilpuh and Belinda Bilpuh; three great grandchildren, Joseph Shipp, Ethan Shipp, and Aaliyah Martin; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA on Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM and on Monday, August 27, 2012 Until 11:00AM, The Hour Of Service with Rev. Bruce R. Judy officiating.

Interment will be held at St. Mary's Orthodox Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
