Antley "Toni" M. (Lucas) Takoch, age 92, passed away Saturday August 4, 2012
She was born on December 4, 1919, in Chicago. Illinois the daughter of Stanley Lucas and Mary (Vitz) Lucas.
A member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, "Toni" retired from Uniontown Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband William C. Takoch, daughter Antoinette Zgela, brothers Walter Neratka, Vincent Neratka, Stanley Neratka, Anthony Lucas and sisters, Frances Los and Ann McClain.
Left to cherish her memory are her children William R. Takoch and wife Bonnie of North Carolina, Robert R. Takoch and wife Paula of Hopwood, Nancy P. Robinson of Uniontown, grandchildren Christopher Takoch and fianc Tammy Sroka, Seth R. Takoch and wife Tara, Joel A. Takoch and wife Brooke, Bethany Stange and husband Jonathan, Jonathan Robinson and fianc Brittany Kenney, great grandchildren; Brandi, Brittani, Joey and Brenna; and sister Florence Los of Florida.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. today from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., and on Tuesday August 7, 2012 from 8-9:15 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.
A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, in Uniontown, PA. At 10:00 AM, with Rev. Fr. Ronald Simboli as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hopwood, PA
Much appreciation to the personnel at Lafayette Manor for their wonderful love & care given and also to Dr. Pish, Greg Lacek and Eric Hopkins.
