Anthony B. Digga Jr., age 88, of Uniontown, PA., passed away on Friday June 7, 2013

He was born on July 18, 1924 in Uniontown, Pa. a son of Anthony B. Sr., and Joanne (Florkiewicz) Digga.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Peggy L. Digga, brothers; Charles Digga, Frank Digga, sisters; Marie Digga, Bertha Sepessy, Viola "Bunny" Fell and Virginia Digga.

Anthony was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church where he formerly served as an usher, The Former VFW Post 47, Hutchinson Sportsman Club, and The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Uniontown, Pa.

Left to cherish his memory is his children; Anthony Digga, Terrie Brooks and her husband Bernard, grandchildren Chad Digga and wife Stacey, Jarred Brooks, Greg Brooks, Tyler Brooks, great granddaughter Madison Brooks, his special niece Joanne Ham and her husband Jack, he was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA., on Tuesday June 11, 2013 from 6- 8 PM and on Wednesday June 12, 2013 until 9:15 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, in Uniontown, PA. At 10 a.m., with Rev. Fr. Ronald Simboli as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in St Joseph Cemetery, Hopwood, PA.
