Anne Susan (Komlo) Polosky went to her heavenly home on March 19, 2013 after a brief illness. Anne was born in Hungary on December 16, 1921 to George and Ethel (Takacs) Komlo. Her parents and siblings immigrated to the USA living in Rosedale, Pennsylvania when she was 10 months old. She married the love of her life Charles Polosky on June 27, 1959. She had a son Fred Sauer from a previous marriage and Chuck had a daughter Janet and a son William (Bill) also from a previous marriage.

Anne enjoyed music, dancing (especially with Chuck), decorating / craft work, playing her harmonica, and helping others. Her favorite color was red "no matter what color or shade it is". She would always say that she was a very "determined" person. She worked at a box manufacturing company, did housekeeping work, and was a door to door sales person for a variety of products like greeting cards and household items. Anne would also say that she was the original recycler before it became popular or anyone knew what it meant.

Anne was predeceased by her parents, two sisters (Sister Guadentia D.D.P. and Emily Komlossy of Schenectady, New York) and a brother Joseph Komlo from Delaware, her husband Chuck and son Bill of Crucible, PA.

Surviving Anne are her one sister Margaret (Marge) Antonelli from Carmichaels, PA, her son Fred Sauer & wife Teresa (Bonaroti) from Loveland, Colorado, grandsons Jason Sauer from Wisconsin, Tim Sauer from Pennsylvania, daughter Janet (Polosky) Baker of Fredericksburg, Virginia, grandchildren Larry Favre & wife Nicole from Louisiana, Kyle Baker & wife Heather from Virginia, daughter in-law Sally Polosky from Illinois, grandson Matthew Polosky from Crucible, PA, and great grandchildren Kyle, Kannon, Kason Baker and Caroline Favre.

Visitation will be held at the Haky Funeral Home, 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Saturday, March 30, from 6-8 p.m.; and on Monday, April 1, until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 101 S. Washington St., Masontown, PA, with Rev. Father John M. Butler as Celebrant.

Interment will be at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Anne's name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
