Anna Kathryn (Patterson) Bradley Wetter, 96, of Uniontown, PA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, October 8, 2015. She was born on July 18, 1919 in Brownfield, PA, to Ray and Myrtle (Hebb) Patterson. She is a descendent of W. W. Patterson, who was one of the original founders of Fayette County.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Victor Bradley, Sr., two daughters, Carol Jean and Amy Lynn Bradley, a son Victor Bradley, Jr., two sisters, Jean Patterson and Nellouise Uhas, four brothers, Donald, Dale, Keith, and John Patterson, a granddaughter Sherry Leneski; and two great grandsons, Scott Jones and Dustin Merunka.
Anna Kathryn attended South Union School District, graduating in 1937. She worked for Olympia USA in New York for almost 30 years. She was a member of the Brownfield Methodist Church and the Eastern Star Lodge 263.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years Marcel Wetter, her daughter, Connie Collings of Anna Maria Island, FL, her son, Charles Bradley of Ridgeland, SC, her sister, Deloris Johnson of Michigan, ten grandchildren, sixteen great- grandchildren, seven great- great grandchildren, and many, many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Monday, October 12, from 10 a.m. until 12:00 noon, the Hour of Service, with Pastor Diane Olson officiating.
Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Brownfield, PA. Refreshments will be served at the Brownfield Methodist Church for family and friends immediately following the committal services at the cemetery.
