Anna C. (Firestone) Kvasnovsky. 79, of Uniontown, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving sons, on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Golden Living Center.

She was born on November 10, 1935 in Connellsville, PA, daughter of Norman and Rose (Hochmuth) Firestone.

Her parents, and beloved husband of 50 years, Stephen P. Kvasnovsky, Sr. preceded her in death.

Anna was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church. She retired from the Uniontown Hospital were she worked as a dietician and cook for nearly 30 years. She was strong willed and hard working.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Stephen P. Kvasnovsky, Jr. and his wife Rose Ann; and Alan H. Kvasnovsky and his wife Cheryl, all of York, PA; three grandsons, Stephen P. Kvasnovsky, III., Alan David Kvasnovsky, Andrew Joseph Kvasnovsky; and her brother, Donald Firestone of Ohio.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Monday, October 26, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and Tuesday, Oct 27, until 9:15 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be held.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, 61 N. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA, with Rev. Father Peter L. Peretti as celebrant.

Interment will follow at Mount St. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

The Parish Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 3:30 p.m.
