Anna Mae Krempa, born December14, 1936 has gone to walk the beaches of heaven with her son Greg and her husband Martin, by whom she was predeceased.

Anna Mae was also preceded in death by parents Andrew Malcovsky and Anna (Talarovich) Malcovsky, brothers, William Malcolm and John Malcovsky, and sister, Katherine Malcovsky.

Anna Mae loved life and she experienced the greatest pleasure visiting with friends and family as often as possible. Anna Mae loved playing games and cards with friends and her beloved card club. She loved those dear friends with all her heart, as well as her high school friends with which she continued to meet.

Anna Mae was an example to live by, as seen in her strength, her courage and her positive outlook. As a young mother, Anna Mae was a member of the Christian Mothers at All Saints Church, a Cub Scout and Brownie Den Mother , held yearly backyard carnival fundraisers for Muscular Dystrophy, was a member of the Masontown Jaycee-ettes and belonged to a bowling league and Card Club. Later in life she delivered Meals on Wheels, volunteered at the local "Helping Hands" thrift store and she enjoyed purchasing Christmas gifts for Children in need through many programs.

Anna Mae worked at Fayette County Headstart as a family service worker and cared deeply for the children and families she served. Following retirement she was often approached with a "Thank you" by one who remembered her and the role she had played.

Anna Mae loved seeing shows, making short trips, going to the beach, going to New York City, dining out sewing, baking, and watching a good funny movie

Anna Mae will be sadly and deeply missed by her daughters: Rhonda Malinsky-Rockwell, and husband Calvin of Uniontown, Sharon Hays and partner Jerry Quinn, of Uniontown, Jill Springer and husband Jeff of State College , PA; and by her grandchildren: Natasha L. Malinsky of West Hollywood, CA. Tiffany (Hays) Jobes and husband Tim of Smithfield, PA, Joseph Hays and Christa Klingensmith of Carnegie, PA, Taylor Springer and Mike Farley of State College , PA, Dana Springer of State College, PA; and by her sweet and loving puppy, Roxie.

Anna Mae also leaves behind her dearly loved sister Helen Jean Williams of Florida, dear sisters- in -law, Mary Markiewich of Ohio, Ann Malcolm of Ohio, and Gloria Krempa of Ohio and brother in law, Joe Krempa of Ohio, as well as many devoted and loving nieces and nephews from around the country, who adored her.

The family would like to thank the staff at Mt. Macrina for exemplary care and compassion throughout Anna Mae's stay with special thanks to the PT Dept, the CNA staff, LPN staff, RNs, Social Work Staff and Physicians as well as Amedisys Hospice and Aggie Home Care.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Monday May 11, from the hours of 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday May 12 in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Jim Jobes Officiating.

Internment will be private and held at a later date.
