Alice Louise (Mitchell) Show, 94, of Hopwood PA was called home to be with the Lord our Jesus Christ. She went peacefully in her sleep on Monday, December 5, 2016.

She was formerly of Fayette City PA where she attended the Drop In Center regularly, and loved being the secretary there. She then moved to Belle Vernon PA and attended the Center on the Hill, where she loved socializing and dancing. She loved helping people and loved her four-legged animals, especially dogs. She loved church and attended regularly. While she resided in Fayette City and Belle Vernon, she attended the Marion Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents: James Mitchell Sr. and Bessie Glover Mitchell; A brother, Glenn Mitchell; Sisters: Minnie Golcher, Phyllis Gray and Flo Meredith; and a son: Robert Show Sr.

She is survived by her brother, James Mitchell Jr; brother, Tom Mitchell and wife, Shirley; sister, Rose Marie Carroll; sister, Ruth Martin and sister, Mary Catherine Wilson. She is also survived by her Daughter Phyllis Inks and husband Donald. Son, William Show Jr; Son, Theodore Show; two special granddaughters whom she also lived with, Miranda Inks and Erin Inks, as well as other several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, this evening (Wednesday) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and on Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home chapel.

Private interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
