Alberta D. (Barker) Seehoffer, 100, a lifelong resident of Uniontown, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 2, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 29, 1913, daughter of the late Robert and Louella Barker.

In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband Emerson F. Seehoffer; a grandson, and a sister Irene.

Alberta was Christian by faith, and devoted homemaker. She was affectionately known by her family and friends as "Al".

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Larry A. Seehoffer and wife Bertha, with whom she made her home; grandchildren, Brian A. Seehoffer and fiance Mandy, David A. Seehoffer, Larry A. Seehoffer, Jr., Michael Hall, Chad Hall and wife Ceane, Misty Eichelburger and husband Mark, and granddaughter-in-law, Mary Seehoffer; great grandchildren, Amanda Seehoffer, Alyssia Seehoffer, Myia Seehoffer, Nicholas Seehoffer, Skye Seehoffer, Isiah Seehoffer, Cody Radcliff, Kaylee Totherow, Jasmine Seehoffer, Ariel Seehoffer, Bradley Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Natasha Hall-Baron, Nathan Hall, Brandon Hall, Machaela Hall, Makenzie Hall, and Noelle Hall; and a special niece, Nancy Morris.

The family thanks Lara Dickman from Area on Aging for her assistance and guidance; also heartfelt thanks to Alberta's caregiver, Jackie Zebro.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, February 5, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., the Hour of Service with Rev. Stephen Sparks officiating.

Interment will be held at Park Place Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
